We are MIRACORE™.

MIRACORE™ values co-creation based on empathy.
This is because by working together towards a solution with people facing a range of challenges,
we believe we can produce new value in the world of food.
Build the future of food together with MIRACORE™

When was the MIRACORE™ technology born?

It got its start in 2015 through research into taste at the Research Institute for Creating the Future at Fuji Oil Holdings Inc. MIRACORE™ was launched in 2021 as a technology brand.

What kind of technology is MIRACORE™?

This technology combines plant-based oils/fats and proteins to create the sensation of satisfaction that enables the realization of a future in which people can enjoy choosing plant-based foods. It is a technology that came to fruition thanks to Fuji Oil and is rooted in the company’s more than 70 years of research into plant-based oils, fats and proteins.
Check out this page to find out about MIRACORE™’s unique approach.

What kind of
products does MIRACORE™ have?

called MIRA-Dashi™.
There are currently four types of MIRA-Dashi™.These include a chicken broth type for use in clear chicken broth and bouillon, a beef broth type for use in making fond de veau, a bonito broth type, and a paitan broth type for use in white chicken broth.
We will continue to expand our lineup of plant-based soup stocks from around the world to offer satisfying options.

Why do your products taste so much like animal-based products even though they are made from plants?

We believe that because we deliver a sensation of satisfaction similar to the one experienced when eating animal-based food, we are able to recreate the unique properties of animal-based food, such as those of tonkotsu ramen and bonito broth.
We undertake research from an academic perspective on the requirements for obtaining the same feeling of satisfaction and the sensation of qualities as animal-based food.
