The "Shojin" Noodle, a collaborative project by four companies, is launching at Koyasan

The "Shojin" Noodle, utilizing MIRACORE™, has been launched by Kadohama Sohonpo, a historic sesame tofu store in Koyasan.

This "Koyasan Noodle" is an original menu item realized through the collaboration of four companies: Kadohama Sohonpo, Ryukishin: a specialty shio-ramen shop, Nankai Electric Railway, and MIRACORE™.

The plant-based and gluten-free Koyasan Noodle offers a satisfying experience and may become a new specialty of Koyasan, enjoyed by visitors from both Japan and abroad!
