MIRACORE™ Launched Three Types of Ramen Soup

MIRACORE™ has launched three types of plant-based ramen soups.

These products are designed for professional use and can be prepared simply by adding hot water.

Developed with a focus on ease of preparation, especially for restaurants facing challenges in accommodating dietary diversity:

• "Tonkotsu Type" with a surprisingly rich Tonkotsu flavor
• "Miso Type" with a deep, rich miso flavor and distinctive umami
• "Seafood Salt Type" which is versatile not only for ramen but also for various Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes

These three types are now available as of February 17, 2025.
