Joint research with NARO

Fuji Oil Co., Ltd. and Fuji Oil Holdings Inc. have jointly developed a sensory evaluation method that can be applied to animal-based and plant-based tonkotsu (style) soup with NARO.

This is the result of a research project that aimed to elucidate the difference in deliciousness between animal-based and plant-based foods.
