MIRACORE™ was featured on NHK's "Close-up Gendai" on November 1st, 2023.

The episode was titled " Eggs and Meat, Just Like the Real Thing! How will "Food tech" Products Change Our Dining Table?"

We were introduced as the company that developed the "dashi" that made plant-based tonkotsu ramen soup possible. The program showed how we were able to create the flavor of tonkotsu ramen with plant-based ingredients, and also touched on the background of our development.
