Presentation at the All-Japan Food Summit

We gave a presentation titled " Plant-Based with a Superior Animal Sensation - A Taste Revolution by Fat and Protein" at the All-Japan Food Summit held on March 19, 2023.

Following the lecture by Professor Yuji Wada of Ritsumeikan University, we introduced MIRACORE™, our innovative plant-based technology.

In addition, we offered a tasting of various dishes incorporating MIRACORE™, prepared by Mr. Yoshinori Horii of Souhonke-Sarashina-Horii, Mr. Tatsuji Matsubara of Ryukishin, and Chef Hitoshi Sugiura.
